Appointments & Deposits

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without penalty.

Cancellations or appointment changes made within 48 hours of the appointment, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, may result in a late cancellation or no-show fee of $100.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in restricted booking privileges or full prepayment required for future appointments.

This policy helps ensure appointment availability for all clients and respects the time of our providers and clinic staff.

Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise specified.

All prices for services, treatments, and products are subject to change without notice. Altr Aesthetics accepts approved payment methods only.

Refunds for services are generally not provided unless required by applicable law.

Products & Online Orders

All product sales are final unless otherwise stated. Altr Aesthetics is not responsible for misuse or improper storage of products after purchase.
