Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our clients whenever possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without penalty.

Cancellations or appointment changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, may result in a late cancellation or no-show fee of $100.

Clients with repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may be required to prepay in full for future appointments or may have their booking privileges limited.

This policy helps ensure that appointment times remain available for all clients and respects the time of our providers and clinic staff.
