How do toxins work?

Neurotoxins temporarily relax targeted facial muscles by blocking nerve signals to the muscle. This allows the overlying skin to smooth while still preserving natural facial movement when done correctly.
How long do toxins last?

What does treating to duration mean?

Treating to duration means customizing the dose and treatment plan to meet your anatomical needs. Our Neurotoxin treatments are designed so your results last as close to the full expected timeframe as possible.
What should I expect as far as downtime?

There is little to no downtime for Neurotoxin treatments. Small injection bumps may appear for 10–20 minutes after treatment. Patients can return to normal activities the same day, activities such as high intensity workouts, hot saunas, and suntanning should be avoided for up to 24-48 hours.
How do I maintain my results?

Most patients maintain results with treatments every 4-6 months. Consistent Medical Grade Skincare use (including daily use of sunscreen), Collagen Stimulators, and Skin Treatments such as SkinPen® are recommended for global skin health.
What happens if I have an unwanted side effect?
